Yes, it's in their service guide. Both FedEx (Money-Back Guarantee) and UPS (Guaranteed Service Refund) legally commit to on-time delivery. If they are 60 seconds late, the service is free—but only if you ask for it.

Does CloseMachine support EDI integration for enterprise shippers?

Yes. CloseMachine supports EDI 210 and EDI 214. EDI 210 (Shipping Invoice) provides invoice and billing data. EDI 214 (Shipment Status) provides real-time tracking events and delivery timestamps. Enterprise customers can configure both in their dashboard. For EDI 214 setup, contact our team. We also support API connections and delegated portal access for smaller shippers.
